Vice President, International Accounting (Boston)

Vice President, International Accounting (Boston) We’re partnering with a leading global private equity investor with a multi-decade track record of partnering with management teams to build and transform businesses across industries and geographies. As the firm continues to scale its global platform, they are seeking a Vice President of International Accounting to lead and oversee all non-U.S. accounting operations and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and scalability of the international finance function. This is a senior leadership role within the International Finance Group, with broad responsibility across accounting, reporting, controls, statutory compliance, and cross-border financial operations. What you’ll do: Lead and develop the International Accounting team, setting priorities, standards, and close governance Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for all non-U.S. subsidiaries Oversee multi-currency accounting, intercompany activity, and global consolidation inputs Manage statutory reporting cycles across international entities, including audits and filings Serve as primary liaison with external auditors, in-country providers, and service firms Partner closely with Tax, Legal, Compliance, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting Oversee entity management activities, including restructurings, incorporations, and liquidations Drive global controls framework, audit readiness, and risk management initiatives Lead process improvement, automation, and systems enhancements across international accounting What we’re looking for: 10+ years of progressive accounting experience CPA or equivalent strongly preferred Strong background in Big 4 public accounting and/or private equity/investment management Deep experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, and international accounting operations Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS (local GAAP exposure a plus) Experience managing teams and external service providers across jurisdictions Workday and/or ERP systems experience strongly preferred This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a sophisticated global investment platform, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making. #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
