Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling through secure video conferencing tools to ensure client confidentiality and comfort.

• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual needs, incorporating evidence-based practices to effectively address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, continuously monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a broad spectrum of mental health needs. This includes supporting clients with stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. Your expertise will help clients navigate their challenges, fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a valid and fully recognized license to practice independently without supervision: either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses or any past disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach are essential.

• Strong proficiency with technology and remote therapy platforms is necessary for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth or providing virtual therapy would be advantageous, as well as familiarity with using digital platforms for scheduling and client management. Candidates with a background in community health or with diverse client populations will contribute effectively to our mission.

Compensation and Benefits\n
