Head of Insights & Analytics
Tango Therapeutics
Tango Therapeutics seeks an Executive Director of Insights & Analytics to build and lead a center of excellence supporting the company's transition to a commercial oncology organization. This strategic role will oversee market research, forecasting, and advanced analytics functions while partnering with executive leadership to drive data-informed decision-making across commercial and clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across market research, forecasting, and data analytics
- Develop enterprise-wide data strategy encompassing acquisition, integration, governance, and quality standards
- Direct market research and competitive intelligence capabilities to inform brand strategy and positioning
- Oversee development of global forecasting models and demand planning for marketed and pipeline products
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations for executive leadership
Requirements
- Executive leadership experience building and scaling analytics or insights functions
- Strategic expertise in commercial strategy, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across market research, forecasting, and data science
- Knowledge of oncology market dynamics, precision medicine, or life sciences preferred
- Proven track record in healthcare or pharmaceutical commercial operations
