Key ResponsibilitiesWalkthroughs & Onboarding: Meet with prospective clients to scope out project requirements, understand what they need, and ensure a smooth kickoff.Client Relationship Management: Check in regularly with current clients to make sure they are happy with our work and address any feedback early.Partner Coordination: Onboard new independent partner companies, get them comfortable using our digital platforms, communicate project details, and ensure they have what they need to succeed.Quality Control (QC): Visit job sites to review work in progress, ensure it meets our standards, and take update photos.Problem Solving & Off-Hours Support: Handle project hiccups quickly and fairly for both the client and the partner. This includes being available for occasional, time-sensitive troubleshooting on evenings or weekends.What We Are Looking ForStrong Interpersonal Skills: You genuinely enjoy working with people and can easily build trust with both corporate clients and independent field crews.Experience: 2+ years in account management, customer success, project coordination, or a similar relationship-driven role.Comfortable with Tech: You learn software quickly and feel confident teaching external partners how to use our communication and project management tools.Flexibility: While most of the work happens during standard business hours, you are willing to step in when evening or weekend project emergencies pop up.Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for daily local travel to site visits and client meetings.Physical Ability: Comfortable walking active job sites, navigating uneven terrain, and standing for extended periods during walkthroughs.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay: Reliable hourly base rate plus mileage reimbursement for all work-related driving.Remote Work Flexibility: Freedom to handle your administrative work and data entry from home when you aren't out in the field.Accrued Sick Hours: Earn dedicated sick time to rest and recover when you're under the weather.Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a supportive internal team and a top-tier network of external service experts.
