The team is expanding due to the departure of several tenured sourcers, creating an immediate need for experienced recruiting support. This role will support both exempt and non-exempt hiring across various positions, including Area Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Planners, Technicians, and specialized roles such as Quality Refrigeration Specialists. The position involves managing high-volume requisitions and working under tight deadlines to ensure staffing for both existing sites and new site launches.Responsibilities:Source candidates for Automation & Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities roles.Manage high-volume requisitions and work under tight timelines.Ensure staffing is completed prior to new site openings.Partner with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Navigate compensation challenges and engage candidates in competitive talent markets.Essential Skills:3+ years of sourcing experience.Strong sourcing capabilities, including advanced Boolean search techniques.Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.Proven ability to engage candidates in competitive talent markets.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience sourcing candidates in rural or geographically challenging locations is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree required.Strong interest in long-term opportunities with the potential for permanent conversion.Work Environment:The position is 100% onsite, with preferred locations being Seattle, Nashville, or Arlington. Bellevue may be considered for particularly strong candidates. The work schedule follows standard business hours, with no holiday work expected.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
