Structured Working Capital Transactor - Payments - Associate

Become a key player in JPMorgan Payments' Trade & Working Capital division, where you'll leverage your expertise to design and execute tailored financial strategies that enhance our clients' working capital efficiency on a global scale. As a Transactor within Trade & Working Capital's Structured Working Capital team, you will be responsible for structuring, executing and managing structured receivables and inventory finance transactions. You will work closely with clients to understand their working capital objectives, identify opportunities and recommend customized structures. Collaborate with us on transactions ranging from bilateral receivables purchase structures to multibillion-dollar syndicated inventory financing, all designed to optimize our clients' global working capital flows.Trade & Working Capital (T&WC) is a division of JPMorgan Payments. Our global product and technology platform, integrated client service model and network of operational centers enable us to deliver a consistent set of services to clients no matter where they are across the world.Job Responsibilities:Work closely with the Trade Sales and Global Corporate Banking teams to recommend structured off-balance sheet solutions to enhance working capital position for clients within specific sectorsPartner with finance, product, legal and risk functional colleagues to ensure seamless product delivery for structures which can be adapted to meet bespoke customer needsSupport senior members of the team to pitch, structure and execute transactions bringing innovative solutions to complex problemsPrepare and review data analysis including cash flow models, stress test models and other analytical toolsDevelop expertise in transaction execution including socializing with internal partners, preparing credit analysis and approval materials, leading approval discussions, guiding operational processes, and negotiating legal documentationUnderstand and assess competition, capital markets, accounting, macroeconomic and regulatory dynamicsRequired qualifications, skills and capabilities:3+ years of structuring and transaction experience, with strong working knowledge of corporate finance, corporate credit and legal riskAbility to work collaboratively in team environmentProactive mindset with capability to identify issues and develop solutions independently Innovative thinking to bring solutions to complex problemsEffective communication for pitching, structuring, and executing transactions, as well as leading approval discussionsCapability to support senior team members and guide operational processesPreferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:Relevant trade finance experience with exposure to structured receivable transactions JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
