Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist

You'll help maintain accurate homeowner billing records, resolve account concerns, and support smooth billing operations that strengthen financial processes and improve the homeowner experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support or accounts receivable roles
• Strong understanding of accounts payable
• Proficiency in homeowner accounting software
• Experience with Caliber, Vantaca, or CINC is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements

• Respond to emails and phone calls from homeowners regarding homeowner association accounts
• Ensure timely responses to billing-related calls and emails
• Partner with third-party payment systems to resolve billing concerns
• Accurately code late fees, special assessments, and other one-off payments for homeowner accounts
• Assist with posting homeowner payments to accounts
• Assist with preparing monthly billing cycles for homeowner accounts
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts receivable documentation and filing systems
