Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Billing Analyst (Part-Time) with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry and hands-on experience managing clients in the US and other international regions. This is not a passive reporting role. You will own the end-to-end billing lifecycle—from invoicing and accounts receivable to collections, reporting, and client coordination. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure revenue accuracy, timely collections, and seamless client communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the accounting or finance domain.
• Hands-on experience managing US clients and US billing standards.
• Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is a plus).
