Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Peninsula Family & Parenthood Community Health, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify their mental health challenges and develop effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices that focus on fostering personal growth, resilience, and emotional wellness.

• Collaborating with clients to set therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Utilizing teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring seamless communication and effective interventions.

• Maintaining accurate and secure documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about the latest trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals and families facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
