Account Executive (gn)
TrendMiner delivers self-service data analytics to optimize process performance in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, metals & mining and other process manufacturing industries. TrendMiner software is based on a high-performance analytics engine for time-series data that allows users to question data directly, without the support of data scientists. Search, diagnostic and predictive capabilities enable users to speed up root cause analysis, define optimal processes and configure early warnings to monitor production. As a highly innovative and fast-growing company we're always on the lookout for ambitious and enthusiastic new talent. We are currently seeking an Account Executive (gn) to join our team to focus on new business and business development. The position is available immediately on a full-time basis and is open to remote candidates based in Germany. Weekly attendance at our headquarters in Hasselt, Belgium, is required.

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the process manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Conduct consultative sales conversations with C-level executives, plant managers, and operational stakeholders.
Present TrendMiner's platform and value proposition through live demos, proposals, and compelling business cases.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Collaborate with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
Represent TrendMiner at industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
Continuously gather feedback from the market to inform go-to-market strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
+3 years of Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, industrial technology, or data analytics solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience with consultative selling.
Affinity with our focus industries: Manufacturing Process industries, Food & Beverages, Chemicals
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as German and/or French are a plus.
Willingness and ability to be present in Hasselt on a weekly basis.
