Supply Planner

Job Description We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join us at our Princeton office, ensuring inventory planning for all Rx and SRx products meets market demands. You will collaborate closely with the Lead Supply Chain Planner to understand product demand and execute supply planning activities to ensure continuous product availability in the market. Responsibilities Be responsible for inventory planning for all Rx and SRx products to meet market demands. Oversee the movement of goods from production to delivery to the end customer. Track key performance indicators to monitor and report performance. Optimize inventory holdings to limit excess stock while ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. Collaborate with project management, marketing and procurement teams to facilitate the timely launch of new products or SKUs. Coordinate with external manufacturing and quality teams on a daily basis to facilitate batch releases. Perform monthly/quarterly/annual inventory reconciliations with UPS, ensuring proper communication, approval, and systematic adjustments for destruction and write‑offs. Ensure all master data setups adhere to SOP and MRP requirements. Collaborate with customer service and quality teams on returns to determine product disposition. Qualifications Educational qualification: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field. Minimum work experience: 3 – 6 years in a pharmaceutical background. Preferred ERP experience – SAP‑S4 Hana, Kinaxis. Prior experience working with cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. Strong analytical, investigative, organizational and time‑management skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
