As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guest. You will greet customers as they arrive, check-in and throughout their stay. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience Answer phone calls and make reservations Maintain a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their stay Qualifications Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service Hotel Experience Preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers and scheduling software Excellent multi-tasking skills
