Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial evaluations to thoroughly assess clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed strategies for individual, family, and group therapy.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that outline personalized goals and approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Coordinate closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure seamless care delivery and holistic support for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to ensure the well-being of clients.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to track client progress and treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n
