Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health requirements and concerns.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Guiding Growth, you will work with a diverse population, ensuring that individuals from varied backgrounds receive the care and attention they deserve. Our clientele may include adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Your ability to build rapport and create a safe space for dialogue will be critical in guiding clients through their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, you will be eligible for a generous sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
