Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that encourage peer connection, sharing of experiences, and collective learning.

• Providing individual therapy tailored to each client’s unique experiences, helping them explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
