Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, including creating pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress diligently, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical team to accurately identify client needs and guide treatment approaches effectively.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, effectively integrating various therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and relevant training to stay current in your field and enhance your practice.

• Foster meaningful relationships with state agencies, community partners, and other service organizations to promote our services and work towards the common goal of community wellbeing.

• Participate actively in the licensing and accreditation processes, taking the lead on ensuring quality and compliance within the clinic.

• Represent the agency through various platforms, addressing groups and committees related to mental health advocacy and progress in our field.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization and our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a wide spectrum of needs, including individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and adults living with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will involve not only therapeutic intervention but also empowerment and advocacy to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and promote community integration.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
