Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and coping resources, tailoring your approach to each client's unique situation.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, employing varied modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals and actionable interventions that address our clients’ specific needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a client-centered, cohesive treatment experience.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client safety in critical situations.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients and promote community support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications\n
