Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this role finds, sells, and grows consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail clients for ISG's nationwide retail merchandising and installation services.The ideal candidate is a competitive, self-motivated hunter who uses ZoomInfo and HubSpot to prospect efficiently and close new business. The ideal candidate is a great relationship builder and a straight shooter.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a West territory book of business with new and existing Retail and CPG customers.Secure meetings through relationship-based and outreach efforts.Leverage LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot & other tools to research and secure meetings with key decision-makers.Track all activity in HubSpot & ensure real-time tracking of outreach, pipeline, and forecast.Attend targeted industry trade shows to build relationships, secure meetings, and grow the business.Identify new and existing customer needs, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate and close contracts.Collaborate internally to present the best solution for customers. Hand off new business to National Account Leaders and Operations for a smooth launch.Other tasks as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years of consumer products, CPG, or retail merchandising sales experience with a record of building a book of business.Experience selling retail merchandising, installation, or marketing services preferred.Experience with ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar sales intelligence and CRM tools.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 product suiteAbility to travel throughout the West territory and to trade shows.Work ScheduleThis is a salaried (exempt), full-time position based in Dallas, TX, with regular travel. xhyhwjd Compensation includes base salary plus commission and ISG's benefits package (health, dental, and vision insurance; HSA option; company-paid life and disability; paid time off; and 401(k)).
