Work Environment

Our facility is designed to offer a welcoming and resource-rich environment for both patients and staff. As a Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in our cutting-edge rehabilitation center, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and healthcare specialists, to deliver comprehensive care. The work schedule allows for a work-life balance, with operational hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that draw on evidence-based practices to enhance recovery.
• Utilize a blend of hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation modalities tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide education to patients regarding their conditions, treatment plans, recovery strategies, and injury prevention techniques.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Work closely with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively and ensure comprehensive support for patients.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in New York State.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field is required; Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a physical therapy role, particularly in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits
