Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement and manage individualized treatment programs based on each patient's specific conditions and recovery goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques that align with evidence-based practice, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about injury prevention, rehabilitation processes, and home exercise programs to encourage active participation in recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and share insights related to treatment efficacy and progress.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, and documenting each session in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide compassionate customer service and ensure a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all patients.
• Meet performance goals while exploring innovative ways to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy, demonstrating compliance with local regulatory standards.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification issued by the American Heart Association.
