Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement and adjust treatment strategies using evidence-based practices for maximum effectiveness, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
• Deliver personalized care both in our rehabilitation center and, if applicable, implement home health evaluations and treatments as directed by physicians.
• Document patient progress accurately and consistently in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about their conditions, treatment options, and recovery strategies to foster a strong partnership in their healing process.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The role focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurological disorders, and sports medicine rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
