Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines, interpreting blueprints, and producing high-quality precision components. This position supports advanced manufacturing operations serving the aerospace, defense, and space industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.
• Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and work-holding equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Adjust machining speeds, feeds, and cutting depths based on materials and job requirements.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain tight tolerances and ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve machining processes, productivity, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, speeds, and feeds.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to work with both metric and standard measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
