Administrative Assistant

Bay Senior Management Services LLC

Benefits: Competitive salary Paid time off Profit sharing This position is responsible for assisting the Property with processing documents: data entry and filing, Affordable Housing Recertification assistance, and communicating with the residents. Essential Duties Building positive relationships with current tenants Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties, including work order tracking and management. Assist Sr. Property Manager with Leasing intakes and HABC Waiting list management. Assist Compliance Specialist with intake interviews for the site's Affordable LIHTC annual recertification appointments. Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, etc as needed. Job Requirements Outstanding customer service skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently on assignments Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, One-Site Property Management Software (preferred) and Internet Education High school or GED. This position requires the ability to read and write English fluently, the ability to accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and the ability to understand and perform all on-site resident management software functions. Attendance/Travel Requirements The position requires the ability to work a primary schedule to be determined upon hire. Due to the property staffing limitations, it is critical that individuals be able to work their scheduled hours on a consistent basis. Travel may be required at times to attend various events in the general vicinity of the associates' home property, or in another state. You must also be able to attend certain resident events that are held. Computer Skills Minimum of basic knowledge of computers Ability to use Outlook and OneSite/RealPage Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suites Minimum of basic Internet knowledge Classifications: Part-Time Non-Exempt (Hourly) Benefits/Perks Competitive Compensation Paid Time Off
