Job Description: Field Operations Team Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and strategic Field Operations Team Coordinator to support field operations and cross-functional initiatives within a statewide retail agency network. This role is responsible for coordinating teams, streamlining workflows, improving communication, and ensuring alignment across audit, compliance, merchandising, education, and retail support functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex stakeholder environments, managing operational processes, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous improvement. This position serves as a central point of coordination to ensure teams work efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, and retail agency support is consistent and aligned with organizational goals.

A bachelor's degree is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across field operations teams, including audit, compliance, merchandising, education, and retail support.
• Align team schedules, workflows, and resources to improve operational efficiency and minimize duplicated efforts.
• Coordinate the planning, implementation, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives in support of organizational objectives.
• Facilitate communication and information sharing through meetings, digital platforms, reporting tools, and other collaboration methods.
• Clarify team roles, responsibilities, and operational interdependencies to promote collaboration and consistent agency support.
• Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate records of past and current agency visits, communications, and activities.
• Support consistent delivery of organizational messaging, adherence to established processes, and compliance requirements through effective CRM utilization.
• Identify operational risks, resolve cross-functional challenges, and implement process improvements.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve workflows, resource allocation, service delivery, and overall team performance.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and encourage collaboration across diverse teams.
• Support strategic planning and change management initiatives to improve field operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, including experience leading meetings and building consensus.
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices and retail marketing concepts.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to analyze data, identify operational challenges, and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple initiatives.
