Labor & Employment Associate

Location: Florham Park, NJ A leading global law firm is seeking a 2nd–4th year Associate to join its Labor & Employment practice in Florham Park, New Jersey. This is an opportunity to work within a nationally recognized team on a mix of employment litigation and advisory work for clients across a range of industries. The role offers strong exposure to both contentious and counseling matters, providing a well-rounded employment practice. Key Responsibilities Represent employers in employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblower claims Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs Advise clients on employment law issues including terminations, performance management and wage and hour compliance Support internal investigations and risk mitigation strategies Draft employment agreements and workplace policies Work closely with clients on day-to-day employment matters Who You Are 2–4 years of employment litigation experience (defense-side) Experience at a regional or national law firm Strong academic credentials Excellent research, writing and analytical skills Experience advising on employment law compliance matters Strong attention to detail and ownership of work Admitted to the New Jersey Bar (New York admission preferred) Compensation Salary Range: $200,000 – $235,000 (DOE) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including bonus eligibility, healthcare, retirement plans and additional voluntary benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Of: Professional Services
