Express Service Advisor Dealership: L0701 DCH Brunswick Toyota About the Role We are looking for a "people person" who loves cars and has a successful track record in retail or business-to-business sales. The ideal candidate will have an ambition and drive to achieve targeted results while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Only high performers are considered. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and drive results. Provide a best-in-class customer experience. Communicate technical terms to non-technical audiences. Create a memorable experience for customers. Work well in a team environment. Qualifications Bilingual preferred. Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred. Polished and professional with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. CDK experience (CDK Experience a plus). Outstanding attention to detail. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older required. Compensation Estimated annual earnings range: $60,000 to $90,000, including commissions and bonuses. Pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
