Think you've got what it takes to build, coach, and lead a team of LIVE shopping hosts?

SuperStation is building one of the most exciting live shopping teams in the country, and we're looking for a proactive, hands-on leader to manage and develop our on-camera talent

You'll help our hosts become better entertainers, stronger sellers, more knowledgeable product experts, and more confident LIVE personalities.

From onboarding new hires to reviewing live performances, conducting ongoing training, developing individual hosts, and helping the team improve every week, you'll play a major role in our LIVE shopping operation's success.

If you have experience managing people, coaching talent, training sales teams, producing live content, or developing high-performing customer-facing teams, this could be an opportunity to help build the next generation of live shopping talent.

What You'll Do

• Manage and support a growing team of LIVE shopping hosts
• Lead onboarding and initial training for newly hired hosts
• Create ongoing training programs that continuously improve host performance
• Proactively identify coaching opportunities before they become performance problems
• Observe LIVE shows and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with hosts
• Help hosts improve their on-camera presence, energy, storytelling, product knowledge, audience engagement, and sales skills
• Develop individual training plans based on each host's strengths and areas for improvement
• Help hosts learn new products, brands, promotions, and selling strategies
• Conduct practice sessions, mock LIVE shows, role-playing, and performance exercises
• Track host progress and create accountability around performance expectations
• Help establish consistent hosting standards across all SuperStation LIVE shows
• Work closely with management and the studio team to improve show performance
• Identify successful techniques from top-performing hosts and turn them into training for the entire team
• Support host scheduling, coverage, communication, and day-to-day team needs
• Help recruit, audition, evaluate, and onboard future LIVE shopping hosts

Experience with TikTok LIVE, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Fanatics Live, Amazon Live, eBay Live, streaming, live production, talent management, sales management, training, coaching, content creation, or customer-facing team leadership is a plus.

How Success Is Measured

This role isn't just about managing the host team; it's about making the host team better every week.

Success will be measured by your ability to:

• Develop new hosts from hire to LIVE-ready quickly and effectively
• Improve the performance of individual hosts through consistent coaching and training
• Increase host effectiveness in audience engagement, entertainment, product presentation, and sales
• Build stronger product knowledge across the entire host team
• Identify performance issues early and create clear plans for improvement
• Maintain consistent hosting and show standards across different shifts, products, and brands
• Create and maintain an ongoing training program rather than relying only on new-hire training
• Improve host reliability, preparedness, professionalism, and accountability
• Build a strong bench of trained hosts capable of covering and supporting a growing LIVE schedule
• Retain and develop high-performing hosts
• Use LIVE performance data, sales results, viewer engagement, and direct observation to identify opportunities for improvement
• Build a team culture where feedback, practice, learning, and continuous improvement are part of the job

The goal is simple: every host should be better 30 days from now than they are today.

Requirements

• Must be local to Las Vegas and able to commute
• This is an in-person position (not remote)
• Previous management, coaching, training, or team leadership experience
• Comfortable working around LIVE broadcasts and fast-moving studio environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable providing frequent performance feedback and coaching
• Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred
• Must be willing to spend significant time observing, training, and developing hosts
• Must be highly proactive, organized, dependable, and accountable

This is a hands-on leadership position, not a passive management role.

The Live Shopping Host Manager is expected to actively coach, train, observe, challenge, and develop the host team. Success in this role means our hosts consistently improve, our LIVE shows become more entertaining, and our team delivers stronger results over time.
