INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

Location: Buford, GA (On-Site) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation Base Salary: $55,000 annually. Uncapped commission. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $150,000+ annually. Job Summary Our client is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing company recognized nationally for designing and manufacturing iconic custom vehicles for a high-profile clientele. This role is centered around managing the text messaging portion of the sales process by engaging with high-intent inbound prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. There is no cold calling —the majority of leads are generated through the company's successful inbound marketing efforts. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where success is built on consistency, organization, and execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a high volume of inbound conversations, maintaining an organized sales pipeline, and leveraging modern sales technology, AI tools, and workflow automation to maximize efficiency. Responsibilities Respond to 100–200+ daily inbound text inquiries generated through marketing campaigns. Qualify inbound leads and convert them into scheduled sales appointments. Schedule appointments through text messaging, email, and phone communication. Evaluate uncertain prospects to improve appointment quality and attendance rates. Follow up with leads from previous outreach campaigns that are seven or more days old. Build, organize, and manage lead lists within Salesforce for outbound campaigns. Qualify all inbound leads before transferring them to the sales team. Maintain accurate CRM records, lead information, and pipeline updates. Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and workflow efficiency. Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to enhance outreach and productivity.

REPORTING & PIPELINE MANAGEMENT

Submit daily activity reports, including outreach metrics. Document all appointments scheduled and successfully transferred.Update lead statuses and notes within the CRM. Track follow-up activities and prepare priorities for the following business day. Qualifications Ability to work onsite in Buford, Georgia, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Proven experience in inside sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or a related sales role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable managing a high volume of daily customer interactions. Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform. Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Windsurf, or similar technologies to improve outreach and workflow efficiency. Experience with API integrations, marketing automation, or workflow automation tools.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Resourceful, creative, and knowledgeable about current social media trends. Coachable with the ability to receive feedback, adapt strategies, and continuously improve performance.
