HR/Recruiting Coordinator

Overview Supporting a renowned franchise group, the Recruiting & Retention Manager will establish and support recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs. This group has a culture of SPARKing growth through Support, Positivity, Appreciation, Resilience, and Kindness. The position entitles standard business hours with flexibility for Saturday interviews and a hybrid work schedule. Review candidates, interview, and hire qualified candidates. Collaborate with store managers to ensure staffing levels are met. Onboarding Help new hires navigate new hire documentation Work with store managers and training manager on start dates and communicating training standards. Retention Review our current retention tools and build upon them to keep our team engaged. Conduct regular check-ins with employees in the restaurants to get feedback on their real-world work life.
