Key Auto Group is in need of a detail-oriented Recruiter. This role is located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, but will be transitioned to a hybrid role once training is complete. The individual in this role can expect to work remotely 60% of the time after the training period.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HRIS Recruitment Module
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Represent the company at local job fairs, community events or networking function
• Actively seek potential candidates through multiple platforms
• Review resumes of potential candidates
• Conduct pre-employment phone screening interviews
• Schedule in-person or Teams interview with potential candidates
• Process new hire documentation and pre-employment screenings
• Communicate professionally with location managers about new hire details
• Assisting the Director of Human Resources with various tasks, as needed
• Other HR duties as assigned

Requirements/Work Schedule

• Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred but not required
• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• Proficient in computer use and the use of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented – extremely important
• Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM with a one-hour lunch; or Monday-Friday 8AM to 4PM with a lunch waiver.
