Our organization is a rapidly expanding community hospital catering to the southwest and metrowest suburbs of Boston. For over a century, we have been dedicated to serving residents in Needham, Newton, Dedham, Dover, Medfield, Sherborn, Wellesley, Westwood, and other nearby areas.

As part of a larger health care system, we collaborate with various affiliates and shared services on numerous healthcare initiatives, including a cancer center located in Needham, which is licensed under our main hospital.

  • We operate a licensed 73-bed acute care community hospital.

  • Our facility handles over 245,000 outpatient visits annually.

  • We manage approximately 5,300 inpatient discharges each year.

Position Summary

The President will ensure that our hospital operates at optimal levels, providing safe, high-quality coordinated care, efficient resource management, and effective administrative services while implementing strategic and operational plans. This role encompasses executive leadership, strategic growth, and maintaining the fiscal health of our organization. The President will embrace the inclusive and collaborative culture that has contributed to our success and leverage it to further integrate into the larger health system.

Working closely with system-wide leadership and other hospital and business unit presidents, the President will advance initiatives aimed at strengthening our mission of becoming a fully integrated system of patient care, education, research, and community service. This individual will seek out new strategic partnerships within the community, ensuring a robust health system characterized by exceptional patient care programs and strong financial performance.

The President will be a dynamic operational leader with a solid background in fiscal management, continuing our culture of quality and patient satisfaction. They will be a visible and enthusiastic presence within the organization and the community, playing a crucial role in enhancing philanthropic support for the hospital.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $360,400.00 and $425,600.00 USD annually. This range reflects the organization's good faith estimate of the expected base salary for this role at this time. Additionally, this position may qualify for performance-based incentive bonuses.
