As an Association Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Association Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned associations, fostering positive relationships and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, and a dedication to creating a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client associations. Understand each association's goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions and support. Serve as the primary liaison between the community and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of association management services, including event planning, administrative activities, membership engagement, and financial management. Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance the customer experience. Monitor account health and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the association management or property sector. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
