Corporate Associate Attorney – Mergers & AcquisitionsDirect Counsel is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join a premier law firm's Corporate Practice Group. This role can be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices, providing flexibility and access to a dynamic national platform.Key Responsibilities:Handle mergers & acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions for a diverse client base, including public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions.Lead due diligence teams, coordinate with specialists, and manage transaction processes.Draft, negotiate, and review complex corporate and commercial agreements.Advise clients on general corporate governance and compliance matters.Qualifications:Experience: 3 to 6 years of corporate law experience, with a focus on M&A and general corporate matters.Skills: Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously.Education: Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school.Bar Admission: Must be licensed to practice law.Compensation & Benefits:Salary range: $180,000 – $315,000 (varies by location).Comprehensive benefits package, including productivity and discretionary bonuses, health and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.If you're looking to advance your career with a collaborative and nationally recognized firm, apply today!
