About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Payer Partnerships to lead the strategic development and management of its most critical commercial relationships. This role is pivotal in designing and closing value-based and risk-aligned agreements, with a strong focus on Medicare Advantage and dual-eligible populations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire process, from defining the payer strategy and pipeline to owning the end-to-end deal process and building executive relationships with national and regional health plans. The VP will also be the key representative of the company to plan leadership, bringing real-time commercial insights back to the organization, and will be expected to have a strong operational and commercial acumen to take pilots to scaled contracts. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 5 years' commercial experience, with a significant background in leading payer sales or partnerships within a digital health or tech-enabled care environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing and expanding health plan contracts, particularly in the Medicare Advantage or dual-eligible space, and a deep understanding of the commercial dynamics of working with health plans. The role requires a leader with real executive presence, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a talent for cross-functional collaboration. Operational excellence, the ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, and a passion for building and leading a team are also essential.
