Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will lead technology project planning, execution, and completion to align with business goals and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and propose scalable solutions for operational needs. Document detailed business requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Assist in managing vendor relationships, including support processes, managed services, and prioritization of product enhancements. Perform comprehensive requirements analysis and monitor processes to drive enhancements and improvements. Conduct user acceptance testing to validate system changes and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Leverage technology for effective data gathering, analysis, and process mapping to optimize business operations. Promote a culture of integrity, inclusion, teamwork, and respect within the organization. Key Responsibilities & Duties Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT objectives with business goals and identify improvement opportunities. Analyze existing business systems and operational needs to propose enhancements and scalable solutions. Document detailed business requirements and define project scope in collaboration with stakeholders. Assist in managing vendor relationships, including support processes and prioritization of product enhancements. Perform requirements analysis and monitor processes to identify areas for improvement. Conduct user acceptance testing to validate system changes and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs. Leverage technology for effective data gathering, analysis, and process mapping to optimize operations. Support proposed IT strategies and process improvements to achieve organizational objectives. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles; 7 years preferred. Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to propose scalable solutions. Experience in testing and mapping business processes and protocols effectively. Proficiency in leveraging technology for data gathering, analysis, and process optimization. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder engagement. Ability to support IT strategies and process improvements to achieve business objectives.
