Dishwasher & Facility Cleaning

The Dishwasher/Porter & Facility Cleaning plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the entire facility. In addition to operating the dishwashing station, this position is responsible for ensuring all public and back-of-house areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day and after every event.

This role requires someone who takes pride in creating a spotless environment, works efficiently, and understands that cleanliness is an essential part of delivering an exceptional hospitality experience.

• Wash, sanitize, dry, and properly store all glassware, dishes, silverware, cookware, serving pieces, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Organize clean items in their designated storage locations.
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and service areas throughout the day.
• Keep the dishwasher room clean, organized, and free of unnecessary storage.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the entire facility, including:

• Dining rooms
• Private event rooms
• Wine bar
• Member areas
• Restrooms
• Hallways
• Office common areas
• Kitchen
• Storage rooms
• Entryways
• Outdoor seating areas
• Service stations

Responsibilities include:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, doors, and glass surfaces.
• Dusting furniture, shelving, lighting fixtures, and décor.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, countertops, bars, and work surfaces.
• Restocking restroom supplies and maintaining restroom cleanliness.
• Emptying trash and recycling throughout the facility.
• Cleaning spills immediately and maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintaining organization in storage and utility areas.

• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Move tables, chairs, glassware, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness during events.
• Reset rooms after events according to company standards.
• Assist other departments when requested.

• Previous dishwashing, custodial, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
