About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to assembling and testing products, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement using the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components of all product lines and select correct tools and fixtures.
• Test assembled products and troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
• Ensure the ability to read blueprints, identify components, use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques, and operate equipment.
• Create labor records for all transactions.

Requirements

• Experience: Entry-level position; 0 to 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All required PPE will be provided, with the exception of steel-toed boots, which must be supplied by the worker.
