About the Role:
Join MedPOINT Management as a Member Services Representative in Sherman Oaks, CA, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service. Be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of our community.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding support to members through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist members with inquiries regarding services, benefits, and claims.
Resolve member issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and member experience.
Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
