Behavioral Health Clinician - Crisis & Inpatient Care (Five-Week PTO)

Behavioral Health Clinician – BHT Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with the Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and that quality care is provided to all presenting for services. Responsibilities Complete the behavioral health assessment and service plan for all individuals admitted to the assigned program. Document provided services and coordinate discharges from CBI programs. Coordinate care with the family or other significant others. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health. Master’s Degree preferred but not required. Master’s Degree in a field related to behavioral health and/or licensure at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Addiction Counselor preferred. 1–3 years of full‑time Health Care related work experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred. Licensure at the associate or independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Addiction Counselor preferred.
