Paraprofessionals

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support students in a high school setting. This role involves working closely with students who require additional academic and behavioral support, both in a one-on-one setting and within a structured classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to a student with significant academic and/or behavioral needs
Assist  to help maintain a supportive learning environment in a Special Education Teaching Class
Support instructional activities under the direction of the lead teacher
Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support strategies
Foster positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and growth
Assist with classroom management and daily routines

Qualifications:

Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in special education
Ability to provide consistent, patient, and attentive support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working with high school-aged students with varying needs
