Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance use history and related mental health issues. This may involve the use of standardized instruments and interviews designed to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s needs.

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address both substance use disorders and their underlying mental health issues, adapting approaches based on client progress and feedback.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that promote skill-building and recovery support, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated care, actively participating in case conferences and contributing to treatment discussions.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, encouraging their involvement and understanding of the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records to comply with legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system for documentation.

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing substance use challenges, including those with co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
