RuSender — наш сервис email-рассылок (ESP), запущен в 2023 году. Помогаем бизнесу строить регулярную, измеримую коммуникацию с клиентами через email. Сейчас мы ищем человека, который будет сопровождать клиентов RuSender, помогать им получать лучшие результаты от email-маркетинга и эффективнее использовать возможности платформы. Задачи: Помогать клиентам получать максимум пользы от RuSender Консультировать по работе с базой, доставляемости, прогреву доменов, частоте рассылок и метрикам Работать над удержанием клиентов, ростом их активности Превращать опыт с клиентами в кейсы и статьи для базы знаний Требования: Опыт работы customer success manager или account-менеджером от 1 года Опыт в ESP, email-маркетинге Опыт сопровождения клиентов в SaaS-продуктах Понимаете метрики email-рассылок Разбираетесь в технической стороне продукта (API, базовый уровень HTML) Активно используете LLM в ежедневной работе Замечаете проблемы и приходите с готовыми решениями Условия: Официальное трудоустройство по ТК РФ или ГПХ при необходимости Конкурентная заработная плата с бонусами за успехи на проекте График 5/2 с гибким началом рабочего дня Полная удаленка (или офис/гибрид в Ростове-на-Дону) Современное рабочее оборудование для сотрудников офиса Доступ к платным инструментам и AI-помощникам #J-18808-Ljbffr uKit Group
