Basic Requirements Basic Molecular Biology knowledge and experience such as PCR, plasmid purification, cloning, agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and restriction digests. Ability to work in a team environment. Attention to detail. Additional Preferences DNA Sequencing Capillary Electrophoresis Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
