Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Your role will involve assessing client needs, implementing psychological interventions, and providing compassionate support. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be instrumental in helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In acknowledgment of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $110,000, complemented by a robust benefits package.
