Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique needs and challenges.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of patients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to foster growth and healing.

• Complete essential documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms promptly, maintaining compliance with deadlines and policies.

• Develop crisis plans and safety plans, as well as relapse prevention and wellness plans, to support patients in maintaining stable functioning and to safeguard their mental health.

• Create and implement effective discharge plans that ensure a smooth transition for patients exiting therapy.
\n
• Adhere to federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies, ensuring the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, supervision, and ongoing education to enhance your skills and maintain licensure.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing your insights to collaborative treatment planning and service improvement efforts.

• Complete all licensure and mandatory training as required by state and professional regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population that includes individuals, couples, and families predominantly from the Naperville community and surrounding areas. Our clients present a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will be crucial in delivering tailored therapeutic interventions that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required, resulting in valid licensure as a mental health therapist.

• You must hold a current license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Preferred Experience\n
