Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to suit each client's needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes, using established electronic health record systems.
• Engage in case management activities, which may include obtaining client information, identifying needs, and linking clients and their families to appropriate local and virtual resources.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and their support systems, promoting favorable interactions that adhere to cultural competency standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure collaborative and holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals and families across various age groups and backgrounds facing mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more severe psychological disorders. Your role will require an understanding of different cultural contexts and the ability to provide support that is resonant and effective for each unique situation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on cultural sensitivity and diversity.
• A commitment to maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality standards in all patient interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting or with teletherapy methods is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation protocols.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
