Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This key personnel position is responsible for coordinating administrative activities, managing schedules and meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to program leadership and project teams. Conduct research and compile information to prepare statistical reports, presentations, and other management documents. Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other official documentation. Respond to information requests and maintain accurate administrative records and files. Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange conference calls, virtual meetings, and other events. Receive and assist visitors while maintaining a professional and customer-focused environment. Coordinate and manage meetings, workshops, and special events from planning through completion. Review documents to ensure compliance with applicable requirements, policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain organized documentation and records to support program operations and reporting requirements. Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks. Support office operations by performing additional administrative duties as assigned. Requirements:

Education High School Diploma or GED. Experience More than 10 years of progressively responsible administrative experience Active Secret Clearance Required
