Ad-Vance Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Bilingual Office Clerk (English/Spanish) for Jacksonville Freight Station in Jacksonville, FL.
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
The Office Clerk will support daily freight terminal operations by providing administrative assistance, coordinating communication, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist customers, drivers, and staff in English and Spanish.
- Process freight documents, shipment records, and other administrative paperwork.
- Enter and maintain accurate data and records.
- Monitor emails and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Support daily office and terminal operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Previous office, customer service, logistics, or transportation experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
