Facility Maintenance Manager

Development of policies and procedures to effectively carry out safety, facility maintenance and performance, training and quality assurance programs

Overall responsibility for facility-related preventative and unscheduled maintenance processes

Ensuring that all required reports are delivered on time

Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

Compliance with the ISO-9001 quality program for facility maintenance

Responsible for the day-to-day oversight, management and leadership of the Crossroads maintenance facilities, always ensuring safety, coordinating periodic planned maintenance of the facility and coordinating all sub-contractors' activities performed in support of facility maintenance

Responsible for FRA compliance at each VRE Yard, documents, records and reporting

Assists to ensure that customer service issues related to facility defects are resolved in a prompt, professional manner

Ensures timely communication of accurate information to senior management of other departments necessary to plan daily and long-term commuter operations

Ensures consistent delivery of high-quality service that meets or exceeds passenger expectations

Maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and FRA regulations

Preferred Education: High School or better.

Preferred Licenses & Certifications: HVAC, Forklift
