About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to guide its mission of supporting older adults, veterans, and their caregivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization in strategic, operational, and external capacities, with a focus on maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Department on Aging and the Association of Area Agencies on Aging. The CEO will oversee a staff of approximately 35, providing leadership and ensuring the organization's activities align with state guidelines and effectively address the needs of the aging population. This role demands a leader who can navigate the legislative and political environment affecting aging services and is committed to the advancement of policies that promote the well-being and engagement of individuals in their communities.
